Ancient Egyptian Tunics and Abayas PDF
This is a costume tutorial, with instructions to draft and sew your very own Egyptian tunics, in 3 variations, inspired by ancient artwork. This project is perfect for your next fantasy or reenactment event!
This listing is for a Pattern Drafting and Sewing Tutorial that includes directions to create three variations of an Egyptian tunic, supported by historical clothing research.
Because you will be drafting your pattern based on our layout and your measurements, it can fit any size. You can use this to achieve an absolutely perfect fit!
The tutorial includes diagrams for measurements, shapes of pattern pieces, and how to use your measurements to size the pieces perfectly. This means you will draw out your own personally drafted and sized pattern that will fit you better than a standard size.
In your download you will receive:
+ 9 Page Tutorial Book (with photographic instructions)
+ Keyhole neckline template in two standard sizes
We believe this project is possible for all sewing levels. However, please be aware that we are not teaching you how to sew, and it is best if you know the following:
A. How to measure using a tape measure. *
B. Basic sewing using a home sewing machine.
C. How to align straight edges for sewing.
Once ordered/downloaded, there are no returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Download link will pop up once you complete your order. You will also receive an email containing your download link. If you do not see the email in your inbox, please check your spam folder.
