Description
This skirt goes great with so many outfits. It has a maroon top layer, which is a full circle. Underneath are two attached layers of white, both larger than full circles and gathered to create a lovely full petticoat effect. The skirt is made of cotton and fastens in the back with a button.
Fits a size Small. Waist about 25-28″.
