Fairytale Renaissance Bridal Gown With Pockets

Inspired by German Renaissance fashions, this dress brings historical and fairytale together in a luxury bridal design.

The dress is made of faux silk fabrics. The dress itself is inspired by 16th century German designs and made of polyester dupioni, which brings a little texture to this design. The dress is accented in white floral lace embellished with sequins. The front laces closed, with a separate insert behind the laces. The insert ties to the bodice, so you can adjust it as needed. The skirt has slits in the side front seams, allowing access to pockets worn underneath.

The chemise, modeled after the 16th century German shirt known as a hemd, is made of white polyester chiffon, with such an ethereal flowy feel. Arm bands tighten the sleeves of the chemise, made of sequined lace to match the dress. The chemise ties at the neck with satin ribbon, and the neck band is accented in beaded lace.

Pockets are included! These are tie-on pockets, inspired by 18th century styles. The pockets are embellished with beaded lace and attached to a satin ribbon and can be accessed through the dress.

The petticoat is made of white polyester taffeta, cartridge pleated onto the waistband. The petticoat has slits in the side front seams, to allow access to the pockets worn underneath.
