Medieval Veil or Dress Pins – Etched Flower Design
This is a 4 piece set of medieval style pins, used for securing a veil or dress. Throughout the middle ages and Renaissance, veil pins were used on various styles of hats, to secure a veil to a wimple or a hat, or to secure dress closures, attach removable sleeves, and any accessory that can be temporarily secured to clothing.
These pins would be a lovely accent for a medieval or Renaissance costume, or they can even be used with modern clothing and bridal veils to bring that extra special touch!
I created these pins using metal beads, which are attached to a pin base.
Each pin is 1.75 inches / 4.5 cm in length.
