I know this one is a long shot because the waist is like 25-26″ (25 relaxed but it has a little give). I have personally worn it up to about 27″ because it has enough pull to cinch slightly (or I just let it gap up to 28 haha). It was my go-to dress for years, and so it’s seen a lot of wear. It’s wool (I think a blend?) lined in hemp (feels like a thick linen) with hand-made finger loop cord all over the neck, sleeves, pockets slits, and front lacing.

Since it’s so worn with wear on the inside of the hem, it’s quite discounted.
