This listing is for a PDF Pattern and Tutorial that includes directions to create a medieval hood with cat ears, inspired by medieval artwork.
Please use the following size chart to make sure you order the correct pattern size. You have currently selected size MEDIUM. To select another size, choose the listing for your correct size in our shop.
Head circumference is measured around the crown of your head, above your eyebrows.

Materials required for this project:
1 yd fashion fabric – wool or cotton flannel recommended
1 yd lining fabric – linen or cotton flannel recommended
small scrap of interfacing at least 15” x 7” or 38 x 18cm (may not be needed for cotton flannel)
1 skein of yarn for tassels – or 3 ready made tassels
You must have Basic to Intermediate knowledge of sewing before trying this project. It is best if you know how to do the following:
A. How to place, pin, and cut patterns out of fabric.
B. How to measure using a tape measure. *
C. Basic sewing using a home sewing machine.
D. How to align both straight and curved edges for sewing.
E. Be willing to create a mockup for optimal fit.
